Where Do I Start?

I'm often asked questions like, "which diet, ab exercise, cardio method, etc.,  will give me the best results?"  My answer is always the same: the one you will do consistently.  Yes, there's a little more to it than that, but it's the small things you do everyday that make a big difference.  Wellness is a lifestyle, and it takes practice, just like anything else you want to be good at.  If you're not sure where to start, I'd love to help.
