Resistance provides opportunity to grow.

P.T.S.D.
Change can be difficult. Life can be difficult. We all go through struggles that seem overwhelming. I've personally experienced some unbelievably traumatic events. And although I was never formally diagnosed with P.T.S.D., or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I know I have had to work through some serious emotional damage. P.T.S.D. can occur after a trauma of some sort has shaken you to your core. And whether or not you've had trauma to this degree, there's always a choice. After coming out on the other side of my own personal tragedy, I made a choice to develop what I also call P.T.S.D. - Post Traumatic Strength Development. Yes, life will knock you down, but every punch can serve to toughen you, to empower you to face even more difficult challenges. Embrace the struggle. Resistance provides opportunity to grow. See yourself as you aspire to be, and then do one thing each day to get a little closer to that vision. And Please let me know how I can help.
